THE ENCOURAGEMENT

SPRING BREAK IS ALMOST HERE!!!! Just a few more days. You’re almost there. Finish strong and USE YOUR SPRING BREAK WELL. Get some rest. Reflect. Exercise. Laugh. Watch a movie. Hang out with friends. Read a good book. Learn something new. STILL DO THINGS…just not stressful ones. Breathe. Wake up early. Sleep in late. Appreciate the time you have and the people you get to spend it with. Make wise decisions. Learn from past mistakes. We hope you come back genuinely refreshed from Spring Break…don’t waste it—ENJOY IT!

Now check out this week's BLURB!

- The PLP Staff

THE BLURB

Good afternoon PLP! We hope you got the most out of your SNOW DAY this lovely week before SPRING(!?!?) break. We also wanted to send a huge thank you to all of you who braved the roads to come out to Cheeseburger in Paradise to support our Spring Break team going to serve Habitat for Humanity! As you’re anticipating the arrival of Spring Break, we simply ask that you would evaluate your progress in fulfilling your PLP requirements for the semester in relation to:

Speaker attendance - Missed one? Make it up? Watch it in the library?
Service hours - 12.5 total, 4 off campus
Workshop attendance - Missed one? Or two? Plans to make them up?
GRADES? – Do your best on those midterms!!!
Involvement – In a recognized campus club or organization?

Consider this a loving, caring, mid-semester reminder…to get your stuff done : )

On that note…if you have questions, concerns, or issues concerning your progress with PLP requirements or just this semester in general—we’re always here. Feel free to come up and say hi, or if you need more time with us, just sign up for a timeslot on one of our doors! THANK YOU!!!!

We love you guys and we hope you have a wonderful spring break!!!! (Now check out the announcements!)
