Attention PLP!!! BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB PLAYGROUND BUILD!The Boys and Girls Club needs urgent volunteer help to assist with their PlayGround Build next Thursday, October 16th. They need as many volunteers as they can get! So grab your friends, PLP and non-PLP, and come help build this playground!!!
The Details
Time: 8am - 2pm (It would be great if you could stay all day, but if not, its okay! Come when you can!)
Location: Boys and Girls Peninsula Club off of Warwick, between Denbigh and Ft. Eustis
Address: 429 Thorncliff Dr., Newport News, VA 23608 (allow 20-30 min to get there)
Transportation: Must provide your own or find a ride. For those interested we will be meeting early that morning to caravan over together to ensure no one gets lost. More information to follow.
Attire: Jeans or sweatpants, tennis shoes, and a t-shirt. Stuff you won't mind getting dirty...and be prepared for cooler (OR hotter) fall weather!
Further Details: Boys and Girls Club will provide you with breakfast, lunch, and a t-shirt!
