WE NEED MENTORS!!!!
Are you interested in mentoring and positively impacting high school students in Newport News?
iNSPIRE Team would love your help in facilitating mentorships and corresponding workshops that teach high school students college prep and life skills! You would be paired with students as their mentor to help them develop these skills and to get to know them on a more personal level.
The time commitment requirement involves Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoons from about 2:30 to 4:00. The program will launch with 2 meeting with mentors and mentees in November, mentorship assignments will go out in January when you return, and the mentorship program will start in full swing in the SPRING. So if you're interested, keep that in mind when you're scheduling classes!
